The Registrar and the Academic Records staff are here to help. Please stop by our office located in Haskell Hall or call 978-368-2218.

If you are wondering about transcript services during this time of transition, transcripts can still be obtained by sending requests to the Registrar's office. We are here to process your transcript requests. Your transcripts are still currently housed on the AUC campus. If and when decisions are made to move the records to a new location we will let you know.

 

The window at the Registrar's Office will be closed.  However, there are personnel in the office to answer phone calls during the following hours
 
Mon. - Thurs.      9 AM - Noon
                        1 PM -  5 pm
 
Friday               9 AM - Noon
The more commonly used forms are posted here for your convenience.  Please submit your form with the appropriate signatures to the Registrar's Office.

 

Student's academic documents are kept in the Registrar’s Office.  Scores of standardized tests taken for scholastic or vocational purposes are kept at the Testing Center.

Students may request transcripts of their academic records on the form provided by the Registrar’s Office.  The form may be downloaded from the link belowPlease refer to the Transcript Request Form for further explanation of additional fees.

 Requests for transcripts are honored when

  • The Student's financial obligation to the College has been met
  • Verification that the student is not in default in meeting government loan (Federal Perkins, Federal Stafford, Federal PLUS, Nursing Student Loans, Massachusetts No Interest Loans) or institutional loan payments.

Please type information in the specified fields and then print the form, so that you can sign it.  We will accept the completed form via fax or mail.  Please Note: For legal reasons your actual signature is required.  Therefore, typing your name in the signature field is not acceptable.  If your actual signature is not included on the form your request will not be processed.
