Lauren Rittenhouse
Lauren Rittenhouse graduated from Atlantic Union College in 1980 with a B.A. degree in Music Performance and a B.S. degree in Interior Design and Art.  She studied with teachers Mark Churchill   and Raya Garbousova.  She is presently a member of the Symphony Pro Musica Orchestra.  She has been a cellist in numerous orchestras, including the Redlands Symphony, the Riverside Symphony, the Inland Empire Orchestra, Thayer Conservatory Orchestra, and the New England Youth Ensemble.  She and her husband Jerry, also a cellist, formed their own Rittenhouse Cello Quartet with their children, Julia and David.  She has been teaching cello lessons since 2006 and especially enjoys teaching young children.
