The Nathaniel Thayer Estate ("The Homestead") is a community resource, available for rental for a variety of occasions including:
  • private concerts or recitals,
  • civic organization banquets or meetings,
 

Large rental rooms include the Red Room, the Library, the Oak Room, and the Gold Room.  Fees are:

A wheelchair ramp is available for public events. There is also a handicap accessible restroom on first floor. 

A small kitchen is available for those planning events in the building.

The highest standards of the Seventh-day Adventist Church must be upheld.  Smoking, dancing, and the serving of flesh foods or caffeine or alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the premises.


The teachers, students, and ensembles of TPAC may be available for performances for the following types of events:
  • Church 
  • Local Communities
  • Family
  • Fund Raisers
