Get Advisor Pre-Reegistration Approval
Complete all registration clearances applicable to you. Please click HERE* to view your registration clearances (*Link only works if you are logged in to MyAUC)
Wait To be Officially Registered
After the registrar reviews all registration clearances complete dates and you have pre-registered, you will be granted Officially Registered status. This is when your name appears on the class roster.
Note: A Late Registration Fee of $250 applies after the registration deadline.
Once ALL clearances are completed, the registrar office will change the course status from 'pre-registered' to "Current." The student will then show on the course roster.
After the advisor has "approved" the courses, the system changes the status of the course from "reserved" to "pre-registered." The student then continues with the Registration Clearances Process. Once all clearances are cleared, the registrar office will change the course status from 'pre-registered' to "Current."To avoid late fees, make sure to complete all registration clearances prior on the Last day of Registration. Late registration fees apply after the registration dateline.
After the advisor has "Cleared" the student for pre-registration, the system gives an status of "Reserved" to all courses the student pre-registers for thus saving a seat for the course. The student notifies the advisor via email or phone call they have completed pre-registration. The student then continues with next step in the Registration Clearances Process.
A past due Requirement that needs to be fulfilled prior to be Enrolled or have an Official Transcript released.
A Registration Clearance is a requirement a student needs to complete prior to being Enrolled.

Massachusetts state law requires all students registered for nine (9) or more credit hours to be covered by medical insurance.
The following regulations and requirements for evidence of immunization are applicable for the 2026-2017 academic year and are required by law:
The documentation of immunization and the physicians report need to be filed at Health Services prior or at arrival on campus. Failure to do so may cause the student to be sent home until all documentation is received.
